• ייצוג האינטרס של בתי הגידול המימיים במוסדות התכנון והביצוע (משרד החקלאות, רשות המים, מנהל התכנון).
• כתיבת מסמכי מדיניות בתחום בתי הגידול המימיים.
• קידום שיתופי פעולה עם גופים קרובים (רשויות ניקוז, רשויות נחל, קק"ל) על מנת לממש את עקרונות מדיניות רט"ג בנושא בתי הגידול המימיים, גם מחוץ לשטחים השמורים. 

מלמד את הקורס שיקום נחלים בטכניון, בפקולטה לארכיטקטורה
